After this date, rooms are booked on a space available basis only. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (a confirmation will be provided) to receive a refund of the required one night room deposit.

Requirements
Payment of one night’s stay is required to hold each person’s reservation. This deposit, upon check-in, will be applied to the first night and/or final night of the reserved stay. This guarantee of payment ensures that a room will be held for your first day of arrival only. If you do not arrive, the room will become available for resale at 6:00 am the following morning. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Check In/Out Time
Check-in time is 4:00 pm; checkout time is 12 noon. All guests arriving before 4 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Early Departure Fee
The hotel will add an early checkout fee of $50 if the guest does not inform the hotel of a change in departure date. Advise the hotel prior to arrival or at check-in if there is a change in the planned length of stay.

Graduate Student Housing Offer
AATE and ATHE are pleased to offer housing for AATE and ATHE graduate students at the Juilliard School. The Meredith Willson Residence Hall is situated in the Samuel B. and David Rose Building at 165 W. 65th St., within a few subway stops of The New York Marriott Marquis.

Rooms are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. Rooms are singles and doubles, within five-room suites, which include two and a half shared baths, and a living area. There is no maid service, but one set of sheets and linens is included. Rooms are air-conditioned and internet accessible with an ethernet cable (not provided). There is 24-hour access and no curfew.

Rooms are available beginning on Friday, August 7 and ending on Wednesday, August 12. The daily rate is $53 per person, plus a one-time $6 processing fee. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Cancellations will forfeit all fees. Graduate Student housing reservations will be handled through Complete Conference Coordinators. Please note: it is required that you have registered for the conference before making housing reservations.
